HOW TO PURCHASE A PUPPY FROM ICEWIND FARM
1. Please read our website and become familiar with the breed. Buying Adam’s Book and signing up for his free newsletter will help you with training and socializing your puppy.
2. Fill out our Puppy Application.
3. For us to hold a Puppy for you, a deposit of $225.00 is required. Most people use pay pal and our email is ice-wind@webtv.net let us know on your form if the deposit is for a male or female and what color. Also note that the DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE. Once a deposit is received we are now holding a puppy for you. We will turn away another person, because your puppy is considered sold.
4. Payment for a puppy is to be made in cash. We do accept credit cards, but an additional fee will apply.
VISITS
1. You are welcome to visit Icewind Farm with a confirmed appointment.
2. You will need to fill out the Puppy Application and send it to us before your visit.
3. Naturally, we do have some guidelines to protect our puppies and dogs. Because of the danger of spreading serious diseases, please do not visit or handle and other animals before you come to our home.
4. Anya’s Puppy Supplies will be open during the time of your visit.
BUYING YOUR PUPPY’S SUPPLIES
1. You can visit any pet store you chose and ask for help if needed.

2. Make a visit to Anya’s Puppy Supplies, for a more personal service to guide you in the care of your new puppy. Examples: Grooming Brushes, Housetraining Items, Crate Sizes, Chew Bones, Toys, what size collar, harness or leash, etc. You can come weeks before picking up your puppy or do it all in the same day. If you need extra time for this just let us know.
3. Nuvet Supplements can be purchased at Anya’s Puppy Supplies or through our website or by calling the Nuvet Company at 1-800-474-7044 code 32623.

FINAL BALANCE OPTIONS:
1. Cash - All puppies must be paid for in cash
2. Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) are accepted for pet supplies available at Anya’s Pet Supply Store, a 5% service charge will be added for terminal usage fees. Please contact your bank before you visit especially if you live out of the state of New Jersey. Many banks will decline a large purchase, unless authorized by you before we can accept your card.

TAKING YOUR PUPPY HOME
1. Please try to be on time for your appointment. Its not fair to other people if you run into their time. Most visits take 1 hour.
2. If you are buying Puppy Supplies from Anya we can make your appointment longer if you wish, so you have enough time for both your puppy and supplies. Most visits for this take 1.5 to 2 hours.
3. Make a veterinarian appointment for your new puppy as close to pick up as possible.
4. For Your Puppy’s Good Health, we ask that when you leave Icewind Farm that you go directly home. We understand you would like to show off your new puppy, but this is not recommended, until your puppy has had all his/her puppy vaccinations.

- Clint from Arkansas East coast trips are usually made 2 times a month. Clint is an expert in puppy care and will give lots of TLC while your puppy travels in his heated and air conditioned van. Many stops are made along the way in safe places to feed, water, play and exercise your puppy. Soothing music is played to keep your puppy happy. Chew toys are provided at no extra charge so your puppy can entertain himself while traveling. C. Travel toys long lasting which will give your puppy something to do the Kong, Squeaky Squirrels in the Tree Trunk, large beef chew bone and chew ropes. (Driver will rotate toys along the way for your puppy’s enjoyment!)

*Please note we would like you to purchase your puppy’s own special diet, and supplements that he or she is use to eating and for the driver to feed along the way. Included are products for stress, motion sickness, and diarrhea. Bottled water is supplied at no charge.
3. Continental Airlines - We use Continental Airlines only. They are one of the few airlines that use heated and air conditioned compartments for pets. Also heated and air conditioned vans are used to bring your puppy out to the plane. Airline travel prices can vary, but the total price will include an airline safe crate, transportation to the airport, a veterinarian’s health certificate to fly required by all airlines, and the price of shipping. If you would like your puppies favorite items shipped before you get your puppy please let us know.
4. Fly Direct means you can arrange with any airline to fly to Newark Airport and stay at one of the beautiful hotels in New Jersey. You will be able to rent a car and visit Icewind Farm and choose your own puppy. Anya Puppy Supply Store sells the airline safe travel crate bags that you can keep your puppy inside under you seat. And we will supply a carry on backpack for all your puppies travel items, if needed. If you need one stop shopping with your puppy we can deliver! Just ask!
